Note: Considering that international shipping costs are more expensive, we generally do not recommend that you choose to return your product. We can give you a certain refund or coupon depending on the item.
Return and Exchange Process

Exchange: If you request an exchange, we will ship the new item within 5 business days after confirming the item meets the exchange conditions.
Return and Exchange Costs

No International Couriers: Returns and exchanges should not be sent via international courier services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc. Please use local postal services or other standard shipping methods.
Important Notes
No Cash on Delivery: Do not use cash on delivery for returns. Packages sent with cash on delivery will not be accepted.
Tracking Information: We recommend using a shipping method with tracking information to ensure you can track the package status.
